The next Apple TV 4K will feature an A19 or A19 Pro chip, according to evidence in Apple’s code discovered by Woozad contributor Aaron Perris. In particular, the device model ID points to the A19 chip generation.
As a result, the next Apple TV would have 8GB or 12GB of RAM, compared to 4GB in the current 2022 model with the A15 Bionic chip. Other rumored upgrades for the next model include support for Siri AI, an Apple-designed N1 wireless networking chip with Wi-Fi 7 support, and a revised Siri Remote.
