Among the many new features in iOS 26 for Apple Wallet, one of my favorites was the long-awaited fix for order tracking. Here’s how to use it. How to enable AI-powered Apple Wallet order tracking in iOS 26 Order tracking is an Apple Wallet feature that never really delivered on its promises, that is, not until iOS 26. The feature was launched years ago with the aim of making Wallet a single hub for tracking all online orders. But third-party providers did not buy into the project, and as a result, for many users the functionality practically did not exist. But iOS 26 fixed this problem. Using Apple Intelligence, Apple found a way around the need to collaborate with online retailers. Instead, it can now collect the latest information about your orders directly from your email via on-device AI. To get started, go to Settings ⇾ Wallet & Apple Pay ⇾ Order Tracking and make sure the “Mail (beta)” button is enabled. Additionally, Apple Intelligence must be enabled on your device and your email account must be set up in Apple Mail. When you receive an email with an order, tap the “Track” button at the top of Apple’s Mail app. You may also see a security prompt where you will click “Allow”. Once set up, Apple Wallet Order Tracking will automatically import emails containing orders into the Wallet app for you. Find your orders in the Wallet app You can find all orders in Wallet by tapping the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the app, then clicking “Orders.” This will show you all upcoming orders, as well as a history of previous ones that you can browse. If you see a vendor that you don’t own (for example, I got order tracking details for restaurant mobile orders), you can delete the order and have the option to block that merchant completely. I loved using Wallet for order tracking for several reasons: All my orders appear in one place I can turn off notifications from apps that might receive spam alerts and still be notified by Wallet. The user interface makes it easy to navigate to other recent orders from the same supplier. To learn more about what’s new and coming to Apple Wallet, check out this recent article.
