Season 3, you will notice, contains fewer titles than season 2 but costs the same amount. Developers are constantly testing the Playdate’s limits and discovering new use cases for the black-and-white throwing machine, as demonstrated by the breadth of supported genres and this recent, very cool 3D demo from Cristina Ramos. Plus, $5 per game is a good deal any way you slice it. Or throw it.
