How to get Siri AI after updating to iOS 27

You’ve finally upgraded your iPhone to the latest software and you’re very excited to try the much-talked-about Siri AI, one of the biggest highlights of iOS 27. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple. When you long press the power button to activate the voice assistant, the glassy pill-shaped bubble near the dynamic island will not appear. Before you can enable Siri AI on iOS 27, make sure that both your device language and Siri language are English. To check, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to General > Language & Region.
3. Under Preferred Languages, check if English is the first option on the list.
4. If not, select Add language.
5. Choose English (United States).
6. Tap Use English (US) to set it as the primary language of the device.
7. Return to the main settings page.
8. Choose Siri.
9. Tap Language.
10. Make sure English (United States) is selected.
