Court filings in Landsheft v. Apple Inc. outline who may be eligible, what iPhone models are covered, what information users may need, and when a formal claims process might begin. The proposed settlement covers certain U.S. buyers of iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 models who purchased eligible devices between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025.
The settlement proposes a payment of $25 per eligible device, although the final amount may increase or decrease depending on the number of approved claims. Payments are capped at $95 per device.
