Apple’s online store is down ahead of iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders, which begin at 5 a.m. PT on Saturday, September 12.
“We love this early energy,” reads the message from the Apple Store when visiting the US website. “Almost ready for you. Pre-order starts at 5:00 a.m. PT. See you soon.” Apple has opened pre-orders at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time for several years, instead of the 12:01 a.m. start time it previously used.
Customers in over 65 countries and regions, including Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States, will be able to pre-order both models when the store comes back online.
iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are available in Burgundy, Glacier, Silver, and Black. Both models are available in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB storage capacities, bringing the 2TB option to the smaller Pro model for the first time.
In the US, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,299. Both models will launch on Friday, September 18, when customer deliveries and in-store availability begin.
