Apple’s latest immersive video for Vision Pro users arrives this week. It’s called Real Madrid: The Weight of Greatness and takes viewers inside the famous football club. Real Madrid: The Weight of Greatness will be broadcast this Friday on Apple Vision Pro Apple’s immersive 180-degree video format, Apple Immersive, has provided a unique insight into Real Madrid football club through a new film. Real Madrid: The Weight of Greatness will premiere this Friday May 22 on Apple Vision Pro. The 20-minute documentary intersperses action shots on the pitch and interviews focused on the historic club. The footage was captured during the 2025 Champions League and includes star players like Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham, Vinícius Júnior and Thibaut Courtois. Apple says Real Madrid: The Weight of Greatness is one of its biggest Apple Immersive productions to date. The film was shot on more than 30 Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive cameras over a five-day period. Here is the trailer: I was able to watch the film in advance and was impressed with how well it works in a variety of different scenes. My favorite parts were the soccer game on the field, as sports are particularly compelling in Apple’s new format. But Apple Immersive has also been cleverly used with more intimate interview clips.
