The spiritual successor to Titanfall from 1047 Games would be called Empulse

It’s not Titanfall 3, but it’s something. Earlier this year, the developer behind Divided door1047 Games, announced that it has started work on its next game, revealing only that it will be a moving shooter inspired by Fall of the Titans And Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. As first reported Insider games, we now know that the game will be called Pulsewhom the report describes as the “spiritual successor” of Fall of the Titans.

According to Insider gameswhich has seen pre-alpha gameplay footage, the upcoming game could feature combat involving grappling hooks, wall running and boost pads, as well as a Team Deathmatch mode. Insider games also reported that players can jump into giant robots spread across the map, similar to what we’ve seen in the Titanfall franchise. The images showed a robot equipped with a shield and a missile launcher, according to Insider games.

When 1047 Games offered information about its next game in March when announcing the second season of Splitgate: Arena Reloadedwe didn’t have a title, teaser or release window. We may now have a name for the anticipated motion shooter, but there’s still no teaser or release date, since the latest report states that the game is still in pre-alpha. However, this is still good news from 1047 Games since Titanfall fans were already devastated by the news that EA canceled an unannounced Titanfall game in April 2025.
