A week before the Google I/O event, during the Android Show stream, some Android features compatible with iPhone were revealed. We already knew them.

Google I/O 2026 will take place on May 19-20, and the search giant is gearing up for its biggest presentation of the year. To prepare its users for this event, it organized a small presentation on Android on Tuesday.
The Android Show I/O Edition 2026 was a 40-minute pre-recorded stream, introducing a number of changes to Google’s ecosystem. There was obviously a lot of content specific to Google, Chromebook and Android, but also some Apple-related content.
