5 Prime Day electronic offers at the start of October 2026 to discover

Amazon’s October Prime Big Deal Days event begins October 6 and runs through October 7. But you don’t really need to wait for the sale to start if you want to find great discounts, as Amazon has already started rolling out early deals on tech like charging stations, robot vacuums, gaming monitors, and tablets. What’s even better, though, is that some deals already match the lowest prices seen on these products all year long. This means you don’t have to wait until October 6 to start saving money.

Of course, not every product that comes with a big limited-time offer badge will be worth buying at that price. In fact, there have even been lawsuits in the past that suggest some of Amazon’s Prime Day sales are completely fake – with the company accused of showing fake retail prices to inflate the discount amount. That’s why it’s important to always check an item’s price history, which you can easily do through Amazon’s tools or through websites like CamelCamelCamel.

iRobot Roomba 105X handset

If you’ve been waiting for robot vacuums with self-emptying docks to get cheaper, then the Prime Days deal on the iRobot Roomba 105X Combo is a solid option to look into. You can currently get the Roomba 105X Combo on Amazon for $199.99. It usually costs $469.99, so you save around $270. That $199.99 price is the lowest the Roomba 105X has reached in 2026, so you’re actually looking at a good deal here.

The Roomba 105X can both vacuum and clean, and the device uses ClearView LiDAR to help map your home and power its cleaning cycles. It can also automatically detect where the carpet is so you don’t drag a wet mop pad across your rugs or carpeted rooms. Plus, the included AutoEmpty dock holds debris for up to 75 days, and the included bag helps trap 99% of allergens. You can also choose between vacuum only, mop only, or combined cleaning modes depending on the room you’re using it in.

Samsung Odyssey G55C

If you’re still gaming on an old 1080p monitor or one that only runs at 60Hz, Samsung’s Odyssey G55C could be a great way to upgrade without spending a ton of money. Amazon is currently offering the Samsung Odyssey G55C for $189.99 during its early Prime Day deals. The monitor usually costs $329.99, which means you save $140. Like the Roomba, it also matches the lowest price sold this year.

There are a number of things to consider when purchasing a new monitor, and the Samsung Odyssey G55C might hit all the marks for you. With this monitor, you get a 32-inch curved VA panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440. The curve is 1000R, which is quite aggressive, so it’s something to consider if you’ve never used a curved monitor in the past, as it might take some getting used to. The Odyssey G55C can reach up to 165 Hz and has an MPRT response time of 1 ms. It also supports AMD FreeSync, which helps reduce screen tearing, as well as HDR10.

Belkin UltraCharge

A wireless charger probably isn’t the first thing you think about buying when a big Amazon sale comes around. However, the Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 is definitely worth looking into. Amazon is currently offering the Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 for $42.99, down from the $59.99 it launched at. That’s $17 off, and it’s the lowest price the charger has ever offered on Amazon.

Belkin’s UltraCharge line brought 25W Qi2 charging to third-party magnetic chargers, and that faster charging is the main reason to opt for this one over a cheaper option. With the 2-in-1, you can charge a compatible iPhone at up to 25W, and there’s a second wireless pad for your AirPods or another device. On top of that, there’s a 5W USB-C port, so you can plug in something like a smartwatch and charge that too.

Belkin also offers a 45W power supply and a 5-foot USB-C cable with the UltraCharge 2-in-1, which is a big deal considering how many chargers these days require you to buy the adapter separately if you want to get the full charging speeds. Since it folds, you can also easily put it in your bag when traveling.

Samsung ViewFinity S65UC

If you’re less focused on gaming when choosing a new monitor, the second Samsung monitor on our list might be a good choice for you. Amazon is offering the Samsung ViewFinity S65UC for $349.99 as part of its early Prime deals. The 34-inch ultrawide normally costs $589.99, which means you save $240, or about 41% off the retail price.

The ViewFinity S65UC uses a curved VA panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 and offers a fairly high refresh rate of up to 100Hz. It also supports HDR10 and AMD FreeSync, so you can still use it for gaming if you want. However, one of the main reasons to go for the ViewFinity S65UC is all the ports that Samsung has included in it. The monitor not only offers USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, and Ethernet, but it also has a built-in USB hub and KVM switch. This will essentially allow you to control two different computers with the same keyboard and mouse, which can be very handy if you have a work laptop and a home PC set up on the same desk.

Fire HD 8

Amazon’s devices almost always have some sort of discount during sales like this, and the Fire HD 8 is one of the best in the current lineup of early Prime Day deals. The 64GB model of the Amazon Fire HD 8 is down to $79.99, which is $50 less than the usual retail price of $129.99. This also matches the lowest price the tablet will reach in 2026, based on Amazon’s pricing history. This version of the Fire HD 8 also comes with 4GB of RAM and a microSD card if you need more space than the 64GB of included memory.

It sports an eight-inch screen and Amazon claims up to 13 hours of battery life for the device. There are, however, a few things to keep in mind before purchasing one. For starters, the Fire HD 8 isn’t a very powerful tablet. It runs Amazon’s Fire operating system, which means you don’t get Google Play, so you’ll have fewer apps to choose from than with a regular Android tablet. There are certainly more powerful budget Android tablets than Amazon’s Fire tablets, but if you want to keep your devices within the Amazon ecosystem, this isn’t a bad deal at all.
