The Le Bon Coin Immo advertisement site and the IFOP surveys institute published, on July 10, 2025, an unprecedented cartography of the energy fractures of the French building stock. The analysis shows a France divided into two: on the one hand, the attractive territories -Atlantic coast, south -east, Rhodanian corridor, Alsace -, where more than 40 to 50% of the accommodation on sale are well rated (A, B or C). On the other, the departments of “Diagonal of the void” – From the Meuse to La Lozère – where this proportion sometimes falls below 15%.
