Firefox joins Chrome, Edge, Safari and Opera as browsers with official GeForce Now support.
NVIDIA has added another way for users to stream games through GeForce Now, as it finally supports Firefox on Windows. You’ll be able to stream PC games through the service in Mozilla’s browser at up to 1440p and 120fps if you’re a GeForce Now Ultimate subscriber.
Firefox joins Chrome, Edge, Safari and Opera on the list of browsers officially supported by GeForce Now. The service is currently available on all kinds of devices, including PCs, tablets, phones, TVs and wearables. GeForce Now users can play more than 2,000 games through the service, many of which they own or have access to on Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Xbox PC Game Pass and Ubisoft Connect.
Mozilla says users have long requested support for GeForce Now and that it has worked with NVIDIA for months to make it happen. For those who like to stream games and have Firefox as their browser of choice, this will likely be good news, especially if they don’t have a setup to play high-end games and can’t justify purchasing a PC in today’s market.
