Starting with iOS 27, the Apple TV virtual remote can once again be added to the iPhone home screen, rather than being limited to the Control Center. To do this, swipe down on the home screen and search for “remote”. Next, long-press the Remote app and drag it to your home screen. You can also find it in the App Library.
