Galaxy phones offer a wide range of features designed to improve performance, improve battery life and streamline the user experience. And while most of them are actually helpful, others may not be suitable for some people. That’s why it’s important to understand the things you shouldn’t do on your Samsung phone. Even if you buy the latest flagship phone from one of the major Android manufacturers, your new device won’t always be supported. In fact, you usually only have a few years to enjoy the device before it reaches its end of life. Some of the best software update companies include Google and Samsung, which offer seven years of major…

Apple added support for RCS in iOS 18 and has improved it since then. iOS 26.5 added encryption for RCS messages sent between iPhone and Android users, and now more RCS features are implemented. For the RCS reply thread to work properly, both the sender and recipient must have a smartphone and carrier that supports RCS.…

However, shaking the device and hearing a noticeable clicking sound can seem much more frightening and anxiety-inducing, as the maraca-like clicks can remind you of loose or other components. Fortunately, Samsung phone clicking noise is completely normal. This is actually a net positive. Clicking indicates that your phone has optical image stabilization, or OIS. This nifty feature can detect if your hands are moving, and if so, it…

Just look at the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from 2023, the Huawei Mate 50 Pro from 2022, and the OnePlus 12 from 2023. However, if you look at the current Android smartphone market,…
Jian Fan/Getty Images Balancing regular use and draining a smartphone’s battery can be difficult, especially if you have a mountain of apps installed. That’s why manufacturers offer built-in settings and features that give you more control over your phone’s battery without being too cumbersome. Google has had an adaptive battery feature in every Google Pixel since Android 9. The best part is that you don’t need to enable it (unless you’ve turned it off in your settings) or manually make changes for it to work optimally; it’s already built into…
