Apple today announced that Tap to Pay on iPhone is now available in eight additional countries: Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Peru.
Tap to Pay on iPhone allows businesses to accept contactless payments on an iPhone, with no point-of-sale hardware required. Instead, customers can simply use their own iPhone or Apple Watch, credit or debit card, or other contactless payment option on the merchant’s iPhone.
